Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised and digital nature of tarot readings, all purchases are non-refundable once your reading has been started or delivered.
If you have purchased a reading in error and your reading has not yet been started, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to assist you.
If there is a problem with your order, such as receiving the wrong reading or not receiving your reading within the stated timeframe, please contact me so I can resolve the issue.

Email readings are completed and delivered within 24 working hours of purchase.
Pre-recorded Tarot Readings
Pre-recorded readings are completed and delivered via a private YouTube link within 48 working hours of purchase.
Working Hours & Weekends
Turnaround times apply to working days only and exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. For example, an order placed on Saturday will enter the fulfilment queue on Monday Morning, with the relevant 24- or 48-hour turnaround period beginning from that point.
Please allow the full stated turnaround period for your reading to be completed and delivered. These are fulfilment timeframes rather than guaranteed next-day delivery times.
