Live Tarot Reading – Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Esotera Tarot! Before booking your live reading, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following booking conditions. Booking Appointments All live readings are hosted via Zoom and booked at least 23 hours in advance. This allows me time to prepare for your appointment and ensures I can give each reading the attention it deserves. Appointments are subject to availability. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before your scheduled start time and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, your booking payment will be retained, and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling If your plans change, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment free of charge, provided you do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time. Any payment already made will automatically be transferred to your new appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Attending Your Reading Your live tarot reading will take place via Zoom. Your individual meeting details will be provided following confirmation of your booking. Please ensure you have access to Zoom and are ready to join at your scheduled appointment time. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These arrangements help me manage my availability fairly while ensuring every client receives the time and attention they deserve. Thank you for supporting Esotera Tarot. I look forward to reading for you!
